I havent been charged a yearly fee, but I have just been charged another 250 for not paying my dental bill in full by 6 months. I was not aware of this. I thought I only had to pay the 100 monthly that was due. I guess the amount due was not enough. I had my card paid down untill they hit me with these charges 3 times now
