Not very... New cars are the same and used cars all different. Say a 10 year old northern car and a 10 year old rust free southern car is different, rental or wrecks versus one owner and dealer maintained. Its like comparing a house in the slums to a house on the beach. Dont trust CARGURUS rating on any pre owned vehicle.
