Why is there no reply to E.mail or Phone

Has anybody actually got an email that works? Ordered paint on 8/4/17 and heard nothing. World pay site gives an email but doesn't work!!

Answer:
Telephone Citizens Advice Bureau on 03454 040506 - if they consider the matter serious they notify Trading Standards. It worked for me - I got my refund but no apology.

Contact Citizens Bureau on 03454 040506 - if they consider the matter serious enough - and it is - they notify Trading Standards. I got my refund but no apology After almost a month. Don't let them win...

Hi please advise me when the paint will be delivered to my home? I read that this company is a scram - if it isn't then you are getting bad reviews which doesn't help other companies to order from you. Kind regards Miss C Birmingham
