CDJapan is a legit but prideful company. They won't listen to customers' requests and informations. They make their own rules and are arrogant.

Definitely legit. They are one of my most trusted sites for importing stuff from Japan and offer refunds as well.

I support Teru's answer. They are a real business, but they seem to operate on their own terms with the front of politeness. I tried to order a hard-to-find item and CDJapan cancelled it as out of stock several days later. This was an item released in 2012; it's not like it was a bestseller. That tells me they don't keep listings current for customers or they have poor communication with their warehouses. I don't trust their service. But they do get good reviews from some people. Seems like a hit or miss company so be cautious anyway.
