on 4/12/23IF you are based in Australia (or vicinity), you may have a better shot at engaging w Cettire support. Melbourne is 19 hours ahead of Los Angeles, so the time difference is playing a large part for me.
I made a couple of pre-purchase inquiries (eg specific item color, promo code availability, etc.) and the response from support was about 2 - 3 days.
As far as reaching them after a purchase...yikes!
The site suggests clicking the order and "return" but error pop-ups appear saying the return can not be managed (after that, the user is told to contact customer service)... another pop-up noting that Cettire has a large inquiry volume and a response from support will be delayed.
So, Cettire is trying to strictly enforce a 14-day start-to-finish return policy (meaning the item must be shipped/delivered to them within the 14 days) all the while not responding to return inquiries promptly...?!
Delay, delay delay is a pretty sketchy way to do business.
