I had to cancel my card with my bank and file 3 claims before I got $4.33 back.
But, Check people will say they didn't take it and say that you have to do a 3 way call for them to verify. I don't know about you, but I'm a complete idiot when it comes to technology.

Only from the card company not Checkpeople.com. I found that they have been scamming people for years

Yes. I received my money back quickly - within the hour - when I complained this morning. I got the $26.19 for the monthly membership - which I did not want and the $7.00 for "PDF format" They refunded me right back to my PayPal account.
I was helped by Dimitris and Kristen (supervisor) who were both very helpful

I hope so. I authorized $1 and they charged almost $40 in multiple charges. I've already reported fraud to the FCC and my bank.

No you don't get your money back. Contact your state attorney general to file fraud complaint
