Hi. Has anyone had any problems with Chewy.com not refunding your money to your credit card?

No trouble at all. They have the best customer service/replacement/refund practices I've ever encountered. By all means, contact them again if you're having an issue.

I have only had an issue one time with the quality of a dog toy. When I reached out to customer service they responded quickly & immediately sent a replacement. I have only heard good things about them.

Yes its been nine business days and I have not yet received my refund still waiting!

I have been a Chewy customer for about 6 years. I have never dealt with a company that has better customer service than Chewy. They are outstanding and really care about a customer's happiness. I even received a refund one time that I did not ask for. A customer service representative saw a negative review that I left on the site about a product, and I later received an e-mail letting me know I would be getting a refund. I was amazed, still am.
