I have spent over a month requesting information to return the items. One item has a broken zipper and all do not fit. I was going to change to a different size, but at this point, I want nothing to do with Chic Me. Every time I request info to refund they ask for SKU code, even though, I told them that the entire order needs to be returned, plus the SKU codes are listed in the email and chat thread. I guess it is a delay tatic. They offered me 10% to keep the order---NO THANK YOU. Then they offered 30%. I was clear refund me my money.

I ordered a red dress and some Christmas socks to wear on Christmas Day. Ordered them quite a while before Christmas. They didn't arrive until after Christmas so I no longer needed them. The quality of the material of the dress was shocking anyway so wouldn't have worn it.
I tried so hard to get a return address and found it impossible. So I'm stuck with two, very bad quality items that I will never wear.
Poor aftercare service. Would never buy from them again!

Great experience ordering everything online. Easy to check out, great price. The only downside was, some of the products contained more as advertised than what really arrived, and the product did not fit as well as we would have hoped. But overall good.

My issue is with the return policy you guys make it very hard for us to return an item that doesn't fit we should not have to pay for the returned label and additional fees. When we order we don't know how your clothes fit unless we try them also i returned an order no response that the item was received and no credit back.

The clothing is nice but general. I've enjoyed most products but it doesn't state if clothing is for petite, tall or short so some items are conducive to my body type although Chic tells you about the model.
Communication was easy but they company really prefers no retutms.
Easy to shop and communication it easy.

I haven't received my item and the customer service is poor, no one seems to be helping me! I've waited 5-6 weeks and still yet to receive my parcel, and no one seems to be replying to my emails so I can get this resolved. I will not be ordering from this website ever again!

The sweater is not what was described in the picture and is not free flowing as advertised. The neck does not fall off shoulder it is more a fitted v neck style. The sweater is overly thick and bulky. I would not purchase this if given the opportunity again! Plus it took like over 3 weeks to come — a waited disappointment!
