Extremely poor and slow, I've been emailing for three weeks and still no resolution to a faulty key problem.

Impossible unless they are willing to respond. Even after multiple requests and emails. Just total silence and ignoring. The scam is start to show now.

Easy to contact them but they are extremely unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. To begin with I was getting responses every few days but now I'm lucky if I hear from them once a week. I'm still trying to get a refund for non working codes over a month after I first contacted them.

It's been 3 days and not a single word best to just avoid this place and not to take a chance on them

Tech support responded within 6 minutes to my ticket. Issue resolved within a few hours

Sending a ticket is easy however sometimes you get different members of the team answering the question with differing answers which can be confusing

They are impossible to talk to. SCAM COMPANY, you won't get a refund, they constantly ignore you

Actually, they were easy to reach, and very helpful; right up to where I requested a refund. Now they've gone "radio silence"

Totally $#*!. Avoid them at all cost! No answers and no help.

Had a problem a while ago with a license key when reinstalling on same machine. Made contact via website explaining problem and they replaced the key. They keep details of keys supplied on your account so I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was; expected grief but got simple good service.

It's complicated. They will respond once to calm you down but then you get forgotten. Customer service has assured me I will get what I payed for but the actual website told me it's *Shipped* 4 hours ago but it's still being processed?

Easy to contact, but painful to work with. Recommend avoiding the site altogether.

They are good but my product didn't work. I will say they responded within a 2hr or so period of time. Which is always nice that way. Whatever your doing doesn't leave your mind if it's the next day.
