It seems like a legitimate company, but this experience shows that they don't value their customers in a legal and ethical way. I would be happy to receive proof of them honoring their mistakes in this transaction and righting it. Mistakes happen. Pretending I don't exist any more, and am not satisfied with the product I paid for that was never shipped out to me, is not acceptable. I received the order confirmation, and they said we will send you the shipping confirmation. I'm going to go ahead and say this is definitely scam like behavior.

I agree with the above comment. I also was treated terribly when I dared to question why my order hadn't even been dispatched one month after actually placing the order (I am still waiting for it to arrive - if it ever does...). There is also no such thing as ethically sourced crystals - which they claim to sell - so this is a 100% dodgy thing to say.

It is 100% a legitimate small business! No scams at all. I have purchased multiple times from this company & have received everything in a timely manner & when my address didn't get added properly it was delivered to a safe location! & are more than happy to talk & fix any general problem but they also deserve it to be done in a respectful way they are people to & not robots! Have some consideration..
