Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.

Absolutely impossible to get in touch with customer care. They ask for booking number when they know well that they have not provided
