ClogOutlet took my clogs back no questions asked when I wasn't happy with the quality and then shipped me a second replacement pair after the first pair got stolen after delivery. Very happy with the great customer service!

They appear as crocs on Instagram and on their website, but they are 100% not Crocs. It looks great though but if you own crocs you know they aren't real when you touch them. Their website is very convincing as well. It is an exact copy.

They appear as crocs on Instagram and on their website, but they are 100% not Crocs. It looks great though but if you own crocs you know they aren't real when you touch them. Their website is very convincing as well. It is an exact copy.

Tip for consumers:
They run ads using all of crocs, copy and paste, policies, and anything else

This is a scam. I don't ever write reviews but this company refused to exchange or refund my incorrect order. They told me i can have a 20 percent refund and could give shoes to a friend... don't waste your money

I usually don't leave reviews but this company is just that horrible. The prices may look good but don't be fooled. Pay a little more to get quality and a company who cares! My mother purchased 4 pairs of shoes from them. Mind you NONE of them fit her. I told here I would return them except one pair said final sale, one other my sister kept. I got a call from Clogoutlet saying they received the return of two pair, but they were final sales. Mind you... NO WHERE on my receipt does it say FINAL SALE. NO WHERE! (for the two I returned) Then he had the nerve to tell me he was calling to collect payment for them to ship them back to me. WTF? I told him hell no. So he said "I guess we'll be keeping your money and the shoes". I will not let this rest!

Sells "factory second" shoes as "first quality." When you return them they refuse to accept stating shoes are damaged which is condition they sent them in. They now have both the shoes and the $ paid for them! What a rip off!

Never received my package and the customer service representative was so rude. She hung up on me as I was trying to talk. Called back to ask to speak with a manager and the manager was rude. Never recommend this company to anyone... Nurses beware take your money elsewhere

Shoe ran ridiculously small. I have worn Sanita clogs in my size for years, and this "second" was clearly at least half size too small. Ridiculous. Will not buy from this company again. That said, I would disagree with other reviews in that my emails were responded to promptly, the return process was easy, and a full refund was given after I mailed the shoe back with their preprinted label. They were honest that the shipping $6.95) would be deducted from my refund. Refund notification day after they received my package. So A for customer service. D for product quality.

You can't get customer service to ever answer the phone! Their shoes run small and if you seek a refund or return it will be impossible! They shield behind email with short messages and I think you will be better buying shoes with a store who has humans to communicate with consumers. I will also be writing a review with the BBB.

I finally found the shoe I was looking for at an awesome price! I didn't pay for shipping and got my order very quickly! These shoes rock! I can stand on my feet all day long comfortably...

I ordered my item, took forever to come which was fine. When I received the item, it was not the item I purchased. So I immediately contacted customer service to see which options I had at either exchanging or returning the item. There is a 24 hour turn around time for email. The person I contacted Told me to send photos of the items I received. So I did. When I didn't hear back in three days, I contacted them again. They then told me to send photos of the items, as if I hadn't already done that. But anyway. I did what they asked. They then didn't reply for almost a week, and when I reached out again they advised they could refund me 15% if my purchase because it would take too much time and money to do a return. So I said absolutely not, they then proceeded to ignore me for a few more days. And then told me they'd issue a 20% refund and to please accept the offer as his/her "ex husband came to the door and beat her son and stole their money"?!?! Not sure how or why this personal matter was even brought up but the lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding. Please never order from this company! It's a scam and they don't deserve anyone's hard earned money

This website/company has more problems that I can even begin to list in a review, but the real problem begins with their customer service manager Ammo (yes, her name is Ammo). I received an email soliciting my business with promises of free 2-day shipping & discounts galore, when in the end over a week later & duplicate orders with refunds & them basically canceling my sale & removing my account from their database, I still do not have any shoes. I have spent hours on the phone trying to figure out the why & how (with each individual making a different excuse) & it all boils down to the schematics of their website has REAL ISSUES!

Buyer Beware...
I spoke with a representative in December 2014 to purchase some clogs, and I was unsure of the size (European), even though the size is online, I usually wear 39 in Dansko, and it said 40 in these Clogs, so I asked the rep about their return policy. He said I could exchange if they don't fit (and they didn't fit I needed the size 39), and that that I could use a pre-printed label that would be emailed to me... or I could get reimbursed shipping once they receive the original item back. Feb 1st comes and goes, and no reimbursement on my shipping, so I called up the company. I spoke with a very rude supervisor, Raul who said this isn't Amazon. Com... they don't refund shipping costs, and when told him my situation, he said its clearly stated on their website... well who cares,... I didn't read the website I spoke with an actual person who was obviously hired for the holidays, and didn't know! So instead of the supervisor reimbursing me the $6.99 for shipping ( I did already spend $110 on Clogs) I will never buy from them again. Lastly I asked to speak to his boss, and he said there is no one higher than him? And furthermore would not give me a name or number. Now you know a company can't be true or honest, when the customer service rep says he has no boss... AGAIN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... more luck with other shoe companies who have free shipping, and will send you pre-paid label when they say they will. Kelly V.

They sent defective clogs, scratch across toe and the heel box mis shaped pinching the achillies. The fit was also tight but could be due to the mis shaped heel box. It took three calls for them to issue a postage return label. Inststed they would inspect return and exchange either a size bigger or the same size. I have many Sanita clogs and know how they fit. They received the return 10 days ago and have not sent out an exchange or a refund. When calling Customer service the Rep was rude, would not take responsibility for any of the issues. I told him I wanted an exchange and would like to speek to his manager.
He told me she was not available, but would call me back if she could find the time. Imeadietly after I hung up I saw a refund for the clogs. I called back and asked for customer service manager I was told she had gone for the day. I asked how she approved a refund if she had gone for the day. They said she just left. I asked for someone in charge above her, he put me on hold, then hung up on me. I worked customer service for years and have never seen it handeled like this before. Ive ordered from them once before but this time I received a defective product and very inconsistent poor help. They should not call this a customer service department.
