Been with cricket for 3 years,they are taking my payment when I have credit in my account and double charging me,theif,
Cannot access account.
I'm thinking of calling a Lawer and the BBB.
I Bought a new phone this morning in Kimball, Tn., This evening I tried to return this same phone, they refused to take their phone back.
ANTIQUATED ONLINE ACCESS: Need a password reset? Cannot send reset to email like all other carriers! Phone not working? No Reset. Ridiculous
