It's a legit company. But they will try anything to part you from your money (like selling you care plans) and not honouring the sales to a customer who like us bought at a favourable time.
If you have complaints they will make it so difficult to complain that only the most tenacious will get through the process. More will give up on the way.

Thieving Currys
I tried buying a fitbit watch online from Currys paying partly with a gift card and the balance with a debit card. Before I completed the transaction I decided to come out of it. Later in the day I decided to buy the watch doing the same process. This time when I entered the gift card number the balance was zero. Upon enquiry with Currys they admitted taking the money out of the card even though I had not completed the transaction. I think think this amounts to fraud. I was told very arrogantly that I would be issued with a new gift card in 7 working days. This was not acceptable to me as I wanted to buy the watch on the day. I spent two and a half hours on the phone trying to resolve this without any joy. In my opinion Currys customer service is nonexistent and I will never ever buy any thing from them and advise all to avoid Currys. They should not be in business.
