I am looking for a simple program I can use to make a simple workbook using fill-in-the-blank and checkboxes. There will be very few, if any, illustrations. I do need to have places to write the instructions and then boxes or lines/checkboxes to check. Also, I have Word 2007. Is CutePDF going to work for me?
