Hi, why does it say "minimum quant' when I look for a product in dollar tree site. Does it mean that I have to buy so many specified number for me to ge the product for a dollar?

It means you have to buy a certain quantity, full stop, and they each cost a dollar plus tax and shipping, or free shipping if they send it to a store.
