Practically impossible. They do not respond to emails whatsoever either.

IMPOSSIBLE, they will never answer emails or voicemails and will most likely steal your money and send you nothing!

Non existent customer service... I emailed, called and messaged through fb, not a word back even once!

Do not believe all the fake positive reviews. I bought a galaxy rose on 2/12/2020 paid an extra 40$ for next day delivery and now today is valentine's day 2/14/2020 and my galaxy rose has still yet to be shipped, I've emailed them multiple times and have yet to even get a response that isn't an automatic email response, thank you dose of rose for ruining valentine's day 2020 for me and my ol' lady who have been together now for 10 years in June such a disappointing way to start our ten year anniversary

Customer Service doesn't exist. No way to get in touch with someone by phone and they don't respond to email.

Their email system sends an automated response. A person has never responded me and a phone number is not available.
