I notified pay pal about my order they are now investigating dresshead . i have only received part of my order and i cant reach them by phone or by Email, so i had no choice but to report my purchase problem to pay pal. if with in 30 days i get no satisfaction i will get my money back. im glad i used my pay pal Account . Id Rather have my skirt and shoes i have left to come, but i doubt ill get them at all compared to the rest of these statements ive read.

You got part of your order and now Pay pal is going to request that you return items for a full refund. Dresshead has a California address but they are located on China. They don't accept returns to the California address. They also lost on their website that clothes must have tags when you return them. They did the same thing to me and I am still fighting to get my money back. Paypal couldn't help me based on not having buyer protection. I wish you the best in getting your money back. I have reported to several government agencies to try to shut these crooks down.
