We ordered on Sept 12th, it is now Dec 1st and we still don't have any product. Our opinion is that it is just a scam company. We would like to see pictures posted by those who gave 4 star or 5 star reviews. How could a genuine company continue to allow so many negative reviews and not make a change in their shipping policies? It defies all logic.
If you look at all the reviews... you'll have your answer. This company is Terrible... Go ahead and order something that doesn't cost much and see what happens. I doubt you'll be happy with the item (if you receive it). I ordered a white "dress" (they call it) but it's a white t-shirt with black stripes on the sleeves. The quality is pathetic. Cheapy and sewn bad. I ordered a 3x and I'd say it fits like an xl or maybe a 1x but very small.
There is no provided number. You can send an email that they say they will respond to in 24 hours but that too is a joke. You never hear back. We need to be diligent about being sure that everyone hears about this company so that NO ONE ELSE will buy ANYTHING.
There is a part on the full website regarding returns and the items must be substandard, either torn, not the colour as on their site ect but you only have 30 days to return products and you must pay for returning items. I looked at their returns policy and it doesnt include sizing as they say they use different warehouses and all their sizing is different. I havnt sent anything back to them as i would rather give it to a charity shop. You must write ticket after ticket to them, some people give up but i dont, epecially with companies like this. My gripe with them was not recieving two items that i were dispatched in August that never arrived and we are now into November. I had to write a lot of tickets to them and tell people not to buy from them on this site, and facebook ect. They sent me an email when they saw my warnings to people and offered me a refund to go into my wallet on their site that matched the price of the items i never recieved, also lots of extra points or resend the items to me. They told me the parcel was lost in transit so they admitted it was their fault, not mine. I took photos of the ticket telling me that it was lost so i told them that i did not want any of the two offers they made me but i did tell them that this was going to work one way and that was a full refund back to my credit card or i would keep on warning people about their conning company and post the screenshots i took of them admitting my stuff was lost. The next day i got another email from a female called Kerry telling me that they were refunding me. You must keep on at these chancers or they wont bother so keep writing tickets ladies and write the truth about them constantly on this site and facebook and google as they are a scam and should be taken off social media sites altogether. After all i went through with them i got an email from them yesterday offering me 1.800 points on my account if i wrote a good review about them on sitejabber. I wont lie for scammers and would never buy frm them ever again or their other sites like sammydress, rosegal, rosewe and god knows how many others so good luck ladies with your returns but dont give in as they are making a fortune from hard working people.
