I have made an order of gbp 150 on net over three days ago and when tried inquiring about delivery i was told to produce hard copy of my passport of credit card, which i didnt as i do not want to be part of scam, how genuine is dressllity?

Guys, i was about to order from this site, made an account and got pulled away by work. when i got home from work, my email account i had used to create an account had been compromised.it took me all night to get back into my email account. i don't think this is a coincidence…could this company be that much of a scam?

Answer:

I agree with the other answers. Just be happy that the order didn't go through. Because ordering from them would have left you with an even bigger nightmare.

I have recieved my order but the dress is total crap i want a full refund everytime i call no one ever answers email or calls so now i stuck these crap dresses.

Rosanne is correct. By far the easiest way to communicate with customer service is via opening a ticket. They sometimes take up to a week to get back to you, but it worked for me! My shipment was never delivered to me because the post office lost it, and customer service gave me store credit for the missing items and let me repurchase them and ship them out expedited at no additional cost. It did take almost two months to get my new items because they needed proof from my local post office that it was not delivered but they took care of me and I continue to order from them with no problems!
