Ordered three sweaters, two came, and one doesn't fit. horrible customer service... only through online texting... at this point i'm out the cost for two items... one doesn't fit, and one never came! order #l1512231403484099. it takes 24 hours to send a note, and 24 hours to receive a response. if you're going to do business in the us, you must have someone to talk to! how can this be taken care of promptly!

Yes ordered on nov. 29 and still have not received my order. i am very unhappy it has been over time stated. also paid extra for racking and tracking number doesnt work.
