There should be an order number on the email that confirmed your order. Didn't you get a confirmation email?

There is a "transaction #" at the top right of the receipt, at least on mine from PayPal. But it doesn't matter, you'll provide them with that and they'll find some other bulls**t reason they can't help you. They actually sent me an email asking if I'd returned the package unopened or if I "had any pictures" to prove what I bought.
