Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.

I didn't have any issues when I sold a book to them. I don't believe it was one that I bought from them originally. I can't remember the details but that should mean everything went fine. I have never rented a book from them and would not advise it based on other reviews, but my personal experience with the company has been great in 4 years. FYI, like most stores, the buyback quote is higher for in-store credit. If you want a PayPal credit or something else it will be a little lower.
