What are the added on fees for a rental that says $203 for 11 days at the Oakland Intl airport?

They are 99% rip-off on anything they say. They will add on a refundable amount which you will never see and then tell you it was for insurance. You may not even have a reservation when you get there. The man in front of me as a customer rented his car with 1/2 tank of fuel. Brought it back with 1/4 tank of fuel and they charged him $190.00 to replace the 1/4th tank of gas. Stay away from them they; are bad news!
