I think you have to call the seller to get a tracking number

Within 24 48 hours ecrater shows the tracking number under your order listing purchased - contact seller if not showing after that period - and after 5 days with not tracking just cancel the order or contact eCrater on the bottom of the page they will always help you as they helped me on one occasion

I had the same problem and never received my order. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal. I predict eCRATER will crater. This seems to be a very poorly policed eCommerce portal. Good Luck getting a refund.
