Is EdibleArrangements a scam or a legit company?

They only sent part of my order, I found out accidentally the order was only partially delivered. I had to call them to get a small refund but $100 for 12 pieces of wet fruit. SCAM and a rip off... The flowers were the gift. They SUCK!

I only know they didn't deliver my order. Since it was for Mother's Day, I won't be giving them a second chance.
