No, they won't refund, but your question implies that you'll actually find someone on this site, you won't :) Try a different site like Match or even Plenty of Fish. Much cheaper and I've had MUCH better results. To keep eHarmony from sending me emails telling me people were interested in me, AFTER my subscription expired, I had to actually delete that email account. It was an effort on eH's part to get me to re-subscribe. Yeah right. Stay clear! :)

Bella is right. EHarmony is not an honest company. And they are expensive.

There is a three day grace period and if they see that you have been active on their site, they will not refund you. Also, prior to subscription expiry, you will get an e-mail saying that someone is interested in you and they will attempt to get you to become active so that there is no excuse for you to use when asking for a refund. Lastly, they they did this to me and I even was supposed to meet that girl in which I got stood up... This same girl's picture appear on another dating site. I consider myself good looking and cannot believe the amount of rubbish and fake ID's on dating sites. I am surprised that there is no harsher legislation on dating sites as they mostly seem to be nothing but a money making scam...

How can you call them? Their phone number is disconnected. You now have a 12 month subscription, which you can't use because you can't access your account/profile. Disgusting behaviour.

No, they make it very difficult. I lost $100's of dollars. They do not send out reminders, they do not send out monthly emails or mailings, to let you know you are getting routinely billed. They increased my monthly rate by 3-4x with no warning. And they make cancellation extremely dificult. This is a rapacious, abusive company. I lost $1000 dollars because of these practices. It is only when I reviewed my bank statement did I see this $100/month charge. Even then, they would only "allow me" to cancel within 2-3 days of the 6-month renewal. THEY ARE RAPACIOUS. The majority of review are not wrong. And if you read a flowery review about how reasonable they are... guess... it is from an EHarmony employee.

Nope. Once you pay your membership and after the 48-hour "grace period" you cannot cancel your version or get any type of refunds. I think that what they do is just take your profile out from any searches (upon request), but your profile will remain on the website for as long as you paid for it. Please make sure and call them and check online so your "auto-renewal" feature is removed, otherwise, they'll charge you again... Good luck!
