Hi, i just visited elan linen wbesite, i am confuse to have purchase. all bedding brands are available which i love to buy and prices are also very attractive. reviews are good and bad and i knew these are part of every business. can anyone let me know these are orginal brands bedding? waiting for reply!

How do you get in touch with them. they don't answer phone or emails. have you been to consumer all airs or a current affair about them?

Answer:

I tried to buy from them but couldn't speak to anyone sensible, despite leaving many messages and exchanging many emails. If they won't talk to me before they get my money, I wonder how bad it is after they get my money. They don't deserve your $ and you don't need the risk. I'm happy to pay $20 more elsewhere. Obviously why they don't use paypal- despite claiming that they do-there would be too many refunds. Take a wide berth.

Question:

I have registered on your site but i am unable to log in and view my orders. i placed an order on the 1/12/15 and my card was debited $128.65 by store id 61390149494 i did not relies this was elan linen. i have not received any confirmation emails regarding my order nor have i received my order. i thought my order had not gone through so i have now placed another order this morning 8/12/15 for the amount of $132.94. after contacting my bank i was advised that my original order had been debited from my account on the 1/12/15 by your store. i need to cancel the 8/12/15 order for the amount of $132.94 immediately. please advise when you will be sending my item ordered on the 1/12/15. i would also like to know why i can not log into your site and view my orders and cancel them. please contact me immediately. if i do not have any contact from you within the next 24 hours i will arrange an investigation via my bank and contact department of fair trading for non delivery of goods.
