I BOUGHT A CADILLAC COVER FROM EMPIRE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND IT IS BEGINNING TO BREAK DOWN. IT TEARS VERY EASILY . ANY WARRANTY? REUBEN RICHARDSON

You probably have a warranty but they require you to box it up, put a copy of receipt and a letter of your problem then ship it to them. They will not take your word and apparently no pictures as they want the actual cover. If you want to persue that approach call or email them and they will give you the instructions.
