My view is DEFINITELY NOT. These are ennobled individuals. It is understood that anyone can call themselves what they like so long as there is no fraudulent intent. Entering the HOUSE as a ennobled LORD would, in my humble opinion constitute fraud. Good luck Lord Ramon
