If you dont get your order they will either resend another one or give you store credit or give you a full refund. If you are not satisfied you can ask paypal to step in and help you out

If you dont get your order, then you can only get the half of your money back, it has always being in that way with everbuying, they make there money even if you dont get your order

Well they do seem thrustworthy, but support is very bad at times. I always received my product (or money back) in the end.
