This site is a sham,. They lie, and will not resolve any issues you have.
I have never had a worse experience with any company. They cancelled my ticket and sent me an email to call them back. I then spent the next 7 days calling them daily to sort the mess out. They made numerous promises and lied numerous times. In the end they did not solve the issue and they offered no compensation.
YES,,, pay more money and buy tickets somewhere else. DO NOT USE EXPLORETRIP,. They will cheat you, lie to you, and not give you your flight---but they will certainly charge your credit card.
