If

It is easy to get ahold of customer service but they are not helpful. I am pretty sure it is just a bunch of kids who are told "just tell the customer we can not do it." Can't believe they do not ha e less than 1 star rating. We should start awarding negative stars for piss poor performances.

Getting ahold of them is easy, getting satisfaction from the person on the phone is another story

Put me on hold for 15 mins,, No help to correct the issue,, they are a joke
