They are one of few, that offer glass lenses. The reviews make me concerned - I don't want to spend $$$$ & deal with problems. Are they trustworthy?

If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

They are not. I ordered glass lenses from them. After 6 weeks of giving me the runaround, THEY cancelled my order. They stole my original lenses and case as well, didn't return them with my frames.
