I used to get my box in a timely matter til the went with Pitney Bowes. You'll wait til hell freezes over. Pitney Bowes let's your you stuff sit for ever til sending to usps. Many complaints... I have a large order from fab fit fun over $500 in orders and my stuff is just sitting in Indiana. Was suppose to be her the 23thrd... I'm done with fab fit. They went with a cheap alternative for shipping and we get squat. Called usps hadn't a clue about my package. But knew Pitney Bowes well. Let's just say not happy with them either

Took mine about 10 days to receive by Fedex and tracking way off

Unfortunately the web site says that it usually takes up to a month to receive your box after they have successfully billed your account for that season's box. They have a billing schedule you can refer to for each new season if you are a monthly member. If you are a seasonal member (paid in advance for the year you are always first to receive your box and you get the maximum amount of customizations (ability to pick the products you will receive). Heres the good news: when I joined I got my first box in 2and a half weeks and I live in Canada. Don't worry though it is well worth the wait. Don't forget to check for the add ons and edit sales in between seasons they are huge savings on box related products!
