Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
They did it to me too! I called and they said they cancelled my membership and refunded my money but refund still hasn't gone through. I contacted the bank because I realized they probably just tried to scam me again into buying time before the bank won't do anything about it. There wasn't anything the bank could do except tell me give it more time and if it still doesn't refund then they will open a case about it. I can't believe they're getting away with this scam with so many people for so long. They need to get shut down. Who in their right mind would ever knowingly sign up for a $40 membership with them anyway... just terrible that they do this to unsuspecting people that think they're making a regular one time purchase. Especially when it's associated with justfab which is a huge company. It's like they use justfab for the trust and fabkids to scam. Ugh.
When u checkout it asks if u want vip or regular checkout its not very clear tht u will be charged a monthly fee so Call and cancel your subscription!
