I placed an order earlier today for 2 different cotton flannel fabrics. When I did not see an email confirming the order, I checked into my account and it shows no orders. Should be under order#6380417. Getting worried after reading unfavorable reviews. I just want to know that the order is being processed please. Thank you

I would call or email them, including as much detail as you can... order #, what fabrics were ordered and approximately the time of the order. Have never had this happen to me from Fabric.com, have from another online site and was lucky that I got the help I needed. Good Luck.
