How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Fabricoz.com?

At the beginning they will respond to you as fast as possible to convince you that they have a reliable customer service, however, after your purchase and if you want to ask for a refund or solve any issue, they will not get back to you. They did that to me! I was super upset because I spend over 500$ on their website. Would never ever shop from them! STAY AWAY!

If you are contacting them to order or ask question about a dress, they will be super quick but if you contact them about issue with the order, they will go silent. I've been emailing them for last months about issue with my order and they don't even acknowledge. Unreliable and shady. Stay away from them is my advice. Spend your money with someone else who is legit

They responded pretty quickly for all my emails and even on chat when I needed them. They were super helpful from time of ordering till delivery.
