on 6/2/20I had a problem with my order late Friday afternoon after they were closed. I sent an email, but I was afraid my order would already be cut, so Monday morning I called. There was no long wait with funky music before someone was on the line. He was incredibly nice and helped me add more yardage to my order. And my email also had a response shortly thereafter. I think the customer service couldn't be better!
