on 4/17/15I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this place.
Rip off organization. First hand experience. I will never do business with them again.
Unethical criminal conduct organization. Stay the hell way from them. This business needs to be shut down.
Stay Away!

Be so very careful. I ordered a GPS and when I got it everything was in SPANISH and could not be changed. I returned it and they made me paiy postage and only returned only part of my money, From that day on I only order straight from GARMIN. Look up the real GARMIN order site and order from them ONLY, This outlet store is only good for small parts like a charger,
All I can say is good luck. You can probably get all of your money back if you have many hours to spend on the phone talking t foreigners you can't understand. After they totally messed up my delivery they sent me another battery and it is junk it does not hold a charge. I won't waste anymore of my time on the phone. I just ordered one from another company through Amazon.
John, why was the product unsatisfactory? Their usual problem is sending wrong item. If that is the case, fight them for your money - all of it, including postage both ways - back. Was the utem damaged when you received it? As in, a battery that won't hold a charge, or a case broken, something that makes your item unuseable? Again, get all if your money back, do not accept the " we don't refund that" or " we charge a fee for that".
But- if you just tried something and decided it wasn't what you wanted - earphones or speakers that you'd decided not to use - that's on you, accept what they'll offer.
In the end, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE in the future. Too many places have GREATreturn policies to have to deal with Factoryoutlet. E V E R!
My suggestion is to be VERY CAREFUL. I did just what you are suggesting, and I got all of my money back. But they are sticklers for the details. Be sure that you have all the packaging, and can re-assemble it the way you got it. You need to make sure that you get an RMA from them within the time limit, and have a "justified" reason for the return. It needs to be justified in their eyes, not in yours. And you need to make sure that you send it back to them, marked as they say, with the paperwork that they want, so that it gets to them before their grace period expires. If you do all of that, you will get all of your money back. If you don't, you won't get any money back, and will likely have to pay for shipping to get it sent back to you. Good Luck. To be honest, I would rather deal with a more forgiving company than have to deal with these issues and the stress. I did come out OK, but it took hours on the phone, and my time is worth something.
