Ordered my ID on December 2nd and it says usually takes 3 and a half weeks I was wondering if I'm just being impatient or should I be worried?

Ok so my order ID is #F3640390 and I placed my order 28 days ago and the status remains "IN PROGRESS" just want to know if it's on the way or not.
