Am I THE ONLY ONE who has the parent device just out of the blue refusing to log in? Customer support is WORTHLESS. :(

According to my case, customer is the best so far and had answered my all questions very quickly and the agent was informative.

I am a working single mom and was facing lot of difficulties while taking control of my daughter smartphone activities. Family time almost solve my problem for handling my daughter smartphone activities. I can track her locations, sms, browsing history. Wonderful App.
