What is there refund policy? i have been waiting for 6 months now after being told it would take 14 days and they don't reply to any emails.

Answer:

They don't do refunds as standard but it's at their discretion but I wouldn't hold your breath. Also, it says in their Ts&Cs that if the order isn't fulfilled they might refund you the ticket price but won't refund their Handling fees.
