Why do you have so many bad reviews

Takes almost 2 weeks to receive anything by the time you get it its nothing g but twigs

I suspect shipping is the main culprit. The company NEEDS to have a better relationship with the shipper or disappointing outcomes will continue.

They dont ask when to send and IDK most plants die here at high altitiude
