Worse customer service experience EVER! They probably write their own fake reviews. No phone number to reach anyone for help. They are rude. I bet it's one person who owns and runs everything.

Absolutely not! Complete and total waste of money... no phone number to reach them. Whoever said excellent customer service obviously works there.
