Of course, to give the most accurate answer to this question, it's necessary to conduct customer survey. Make something like a questionnaire with several items.
But I think that reviews of traders about this broker can also be a good source of attitude of FBS clients to their trading conditions.

Almost all feedback from FBS customers seemed positive to me. Many are satisfied with trading conditions and tools that broker provides.
