Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Fender Musical Instruments Corporation staff and previous consumers.
You didn't say which screws fell out but I am assuming screws from the back plate maybe on the tremolone cover. If that's a case and you are stuck with the guitar and you have to handle the situation yourself I could give you a quick fix for that. Get a toothpick and break off a little piece of the toothpick with the point end then dropped it in the hole then put the screw in and it will tighten up. Once you get it tightened down do not over tighten it same thing will happen but it should be fine. Or you could always use a filler, there are several different ways you could do it a mixture of glue and saw dust or wood filler. Just look online and then just put the screw back through and it will retap itself. Depending on what screw with strip if you have a different type screw that strip that's bigger like your bridge you could use little dowls and put down into the hole with glue and sand it down or bamboo skewers are good to use also. I just had to do a repair on my PRS SE custom 24 screw on the back plate just spinning just dropped a piece of a toothpicked down no glue or nothing and put the screw in and it's not right up no problem at all very easy. Like I said you could go online and you will find the same fixes and probably quite a few more hope this helps.
