It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
They are fairly quick with their responses… if you like them automated.
I had two separate issues and one was handled through an email from the website and the other by phone call. Both were resolved to my satisfaction and promptly.
They responded to messages fairly promptly - had to escalate the issue but still couldn't get a satisfactory response
Get answers from the Feverup staff and other customers.
