How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at FishIsFast?

They respond in a short while, but the customer service is completely useless. It is like calling the automated voice attendant at a bank. No answers and no real help. So getting hold of actual customer service is close to impossible.

When I write during working hours they respond within an hour or two
