How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Flair Airlines?

If you have three hours + to wait with terrible jazz musak playing then it's easy. If you have better things to do with your life ( I can't get back the hours I've wasted on hold) don't even think about using this airline. They are COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY TERRIBLE!

Terrible. ON hold for at least 30 minutes, and no help when you do finally get them.

YOU CAN"T! Get a hold of ANY customer service representatives!

Impossible to speak to person. They use only chat bot which is useless. If you do call, no one answers call, because all their agents are busy serving other customers. It's a wonder they have any customers.
